19Apr07: Annual
Meeting!!
The Annual meeting will be held at Margaret Allen
Middle School
promptly at 6:00 PM, Monday, April 23rd. To get there just turn right onto Lebanon Road
from our neighborhood and drive to the first stop light at Spence Lane.
Turn left there. Margaret Allen is just before the stop light at Elm Hill
Pike on the left side.
Several
topics will be discussed and voted on including an increase of our
monthly dues from $50 to $75 per month. Come hear from your Board why
this is critical to the future of our neighborhood.
Come
early
to be sure you are registered for the door prizes!!
If you
cannot attend the meeting for some reason be sure to fill out the proxy
card so that you can designate someone to vote in your place.

08Mar07: Want everyone to know that despite the lack of updates on the
website the Board has not been idle. We have taken several initiatives to
continue to improve our property including scheduling additional lighting
and the hiring of a security company to patrol the community several times
per night. A more detailed update will be posted after our next scheduled
meeting on 19Mar07.

19Aug06: Much is happening with our Board and our community! Urgent...Any
resident wishing to install any type of equipment or property enhancement
that will be permanently affixed to your building or visible on any side of
your building now needs to complete and submit the Architectural Review Document.
There have
also been several meetings discussing a wide range of topics including
landscaping, neighborhood watch programs, gutter cleaning, siding and fence
repairs, and doggie-stations. Minutes are being assembled and should be
posted soon. Additionally with the help of some residents in subcommitties
we are preparing to distribute an informational flyer door to door so that
we can be sure everyone gets updated. It will also be available on the
website when the final draft is approved by your Board of Directors.

25Jun06: Effective immediately the Board has requested that Morris
Properties increase the standard violation fee to $100 for all violations
that meet the requirements in our bylaws and Rules & Regulations.

07May06: 2006 Annual Meeting minutes posted.
The 2006 Annual meeting was held at the Edmonson Public Library on April
25th. During this meeting there were 3 volunteers for Board positions to
replace inactive or outgoing members. We welcome Kevin Thompson, Keith
Cockrum, and David Stonich to the Easthaven HOA Board of Directors!.

Annual Meeting scheduled for April 25th at
Edmonson Public Library on Edmonson Pike.
Rules and Regulations violations will
now be more strictly enforced. Board has authorized Morris Properties to
levy fines of up to $100 per occurance for repeat violators.
The Board
recommends all residents carry full replacement-value insurance policies. In
the event of a home insurance claim that is determined to be the fault of
the home owner's the Homeowner's Association will be entitled to
reimbursement of the $5,000 deductible on the Associtaion policy if it is
used. Please contact Morris Property Management for more information.

25Jan06: This website has been updated with several Board
meeting minutes and revisions to the schedule
page.
Speed Bump
Update 17Feb06: The company that installed them has pulled them back up.
They will be reinstalled when the weather warms up for several days. Part
of the reason they deteriorated so quickly is because they were installed
when the weather was too cold. When they are reinstalled they will be put
in lower so they will not be as intrusive as before.
Annual
Meeting Update 17Feb06: The scheduling of the meeting was delayed with the
departure of Lisa Julien from Morris Properites. Our new manager, Catherine
Sparkman is working on the new arrangements now. We will send out a
notification when we settle the date, time, and location.
