There have also been several meetings discussing a wide range of topics including landscaping, neighborhood watch programs, gutter cleaning, siding and fence repairs, and doggie-stations. Minutes are being assembled and should be posted soon. Additionally with the help of some residents in subcommitties we are preparing to distribute an informational flyer door to door so that we can be sure everyone gets updated. Updates 25Jan06: This website has been updated with several Board meeting minutes and revisions to the schedule page.

Speed Bump Update 17Feb06: The company that installed them has pulled them back up. They will be reinstalled when the weather warms up for several days. Part of the reason they deteriorated so quickly is because they were installed when the weather was too cold. When they are reinstalled they will be put in lower so they will not be as intrusive as before.

Annual Meeting Update 17Feb06: The scheduling of the meeting was delayed with the departure of Lisa Julien from Morris Properites. Our new manager, Catherine Sparkman is working on the new arrangements now. We will send out a notification when we settle the date, time, and location.
